MEDIA ADVISORY: Budget briefing for House members today
|
STATE HOUSE – Speaker K. Joseph Shekarchi (D-Dist. 23, Warwick) and House Finance Committee Chairman Marvin L. Abney (D-Dist. 73, Newport, Middletown) will hold a budget briefing for House members today, Thursday, June 12, at 3 p.m. in the House Lounge.
The briefing is open to all House members and the media.
The amended budget (2025-H 5076A) was passed by the House Finance Committee on June 10, and is posted for consideration on the House floor this Tuesday, June 17, at 3:30 p.m.
