Sen. Vargas presents new flag for Cranston High School East to JROTC members
|
 IN PHOTO: Sen. Lammis J. Vargas (D-Dist. 28, Cranston, Providence) presents a United States flag to members of the Cranston High School East Jr. Reserve Officers Training Corps Tuesday. JROTC members contacted her when the school’s previous flag had become tattered, and she invited the members to the State House, where she presented them with a new one.
