MEDIA ADVISORY: Senate Finance Committee meets on Thursday for health equity zones presentation

STATE HOUSE — The Senate Finance Committee will meet on Thursday, November 16 at 5:30 p.m. in Room 211 of the State House to hear presentations regarding health equity zones.
The committee is chaired by Sen. Louis P. DiPalma (D-Dist. 12, Middletown, Little Compton, Newport, Tiverton).
The committee will hear presentations from the following organizations:

RI Department of Health presentation on the Health Equity Zone program

ONE Neighborhood Builders, Central Providence

East Bay Community Action Program, East Providence

Women's Resource Center, Newport

Woodriver Health Services, Washington County
