Media Advisory: Event to highlight bill to protect janitors, security staff
|
STATE HOUSE – Rep. Grace Diaz (D-Dist. 11, Providence), Rep. David Morales (D-Dist. 7, Providence) and Sen. Sandra Cano (D-Dist. 8, Pawtucket) will be joined by leaders of the Service Employees International Union Local 32BJ and workers at a State House event tomorrow to support legislation to provide wage protections to janitorial and security workers.
The event is scheduled tomorrow, Tuesday, Feb. 8, at 3:15 p.m. in the State Library on the second floor of the State House.
