MEDIA ADVISORY: House Finance Committee to continue reviewing budget requests for ARPA spending

STATE HOUSE – The House Finance Committee is scheduled to meet Tuesday to review a portion of Governor McKee’s FY 2022 supplemental budget request for the spending of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding.
The committee is scheduled to meet Tuesday, Nov. 16, at 4 p.m. in Room 35 in the basement of the State House.
This is the third meeting the House Finance Committee has convened to address Governor McKee’s proposal to spend $1.1 billion Rhode Island received under ARPA.
The committee will hear testimony on the following budget requests:
The meeting will be televised on Capitol Television, which can be seen on Cox Channels 15, and 61, in high definition on Cox Channel 1061, on Full Channel on Channel 15 and on Channel 34 by Verizon subscribers.
