MEDIA ADVISORY: Senate Rules, Government Ethics and Oversight Committee meets Wednesday

STATE HOUSE – The Senate Committee on Rules, Government Ethics and Oversight will be meet on Wednesday, November 3 at 5:30 p.m. in Room 313 of the State House.
The committee is chaired by Sen. Louis P. DiPalma (D-Dist. 12, Middletown, Little Compton, Newport, Tiverton).
The committee will review the ongoing state intervention in the Providence Public School District. Angelica Infante-Green, Commissioner of Elementary and Secondary Education, and Barbara S. Cottam, Chair of the Rhode Island Board of Education, will testify before the committee.
