6/7/2016 Legislators help 8th grade class get to Washington D.C.
SOUTH KINGSTOWN – Members of the General Assembly presented students and teachers of Curtis Corner Middle School with legislative grants for the purpose of supporting the 8th grade class fund raising campaign to travel to Washington D.C. for a class trip.  Rep. Carol Hagan McEntee (D-Dist.33, South Kingstown, Narragansett), Rep. Kathleen A. Fogarty (D-Dist. 35, South Kingstown), Rep. Teresa Tanzi (D-Dist. 34, South Kingstown, Narragansett), and Sen. V. Susan Sosnowski (D-Dist. 37, South Kingstown, New Shoreham) each presented the class with a $500 legislative grant for trip costs.
